Inverness David Proctor was an unused substitute in last Saturday's 0-0 draw at Motherwell following a knee injury.
Jonny Hayes has returned to light training, but Gavin Morrison, Kenny Gillet and Kevin McCann remain out.
Inverness manager Terry Butcher: "We always look forward to going to Ibrox.
"It's the third time we'll have played Rangers this year and we've had two good draws and two good performances.
"There's an extra spring in the lads' step and we've got a good record against them recently.
"The lads are confident going down there.
